WebLfr is 240. For fated normal depends if they want to invite you. I just did full normal with a 256 healer cause I had mythic XP from season 1. If you are dps they will ask for more ilvl. Also make sure to do full tazavesh mythic 0, as that stuff is upgradeable and it's good to learn that dung as it's in current rotation. Which class/spec you play?
