You have to move the "Modg staging path" outside of the game's own installation directory. Somewhere on the same disk, but outside of Fallout 4. Then make sure that the mods are all enabled. You should see the files linked into the game's data directory (under meshes, textures and so on). WebI tried downloading some very simple other mods just to see if any mods worked at all or not, and the answer is no. I use vortex, and I have modded Skyrim, Fallout 4, Fallout nv etc for years, and even Skyrim VR, and I have never encountered a problem like this where the mods simply are not showing up in game.
