WebOct 22, 2005 · maybe i'd say it's underdeveloped. i stopped having them after i started swimming more. i might cramp up from not stretchign enough and running, but not from calf raises. also my hamstrings would cramp up when i did lying leg curls, but after i started doing squats and getting fitter, it stopped happenning. It'll go away forever with time.
