Before setting up I factory reset each disk in turn with only that one disc powered on, then powered off and moved to the next, and so on. WebIn this instance you’re supposed to disable your routers Wi-Fi and let the Whole Home create its network. The black BT discs and the latest Smart Hubs can create a single mesh network including the routers Wi-Fi. To my knowledge both can work with any 3rd party router but you won’t be able to expand that routers existing Wi-Fi network.

I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the BT WholeHome (DHCP vendor even shows as "BT Whole Home DHCP Detect". It does join the network every now and again. Just wondering what this thing is.
